Month of Coordinator
Our Month of Coordinator package is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding and now just want to sit back, relax and enjoy their special day. We will execute your event how you envisioned it and be sure all of your fabulous details come together.
Pricing starting at $2,000
- Planning Meeting one month prior to wedding date.
- Vendor Management- Coordinating with all contracted vendors of their services provided and arrival times.
- Timeline creation of wedding day details and distribution to vendors.
- Coordinate ceremony rehearsal.
- Ceremony set up and coordination (setup of décor and items provided by couple).
- Reception Set up and Coordination (setup of all décor provided by the couple for guest tables and specialty tables).
- Breakdown of all décor provided by the couple for both the ceremony and reception.
- Pack Presents- Ensure all gifts and cards make it to the appropriate car at the end of the evening along with décor and items provided by the couple.
- $200 credit towards any Decor Rentals (availability may vary).
*Coordinator assistant may need to be added on depending on the venue and guest count. Price starts at $175.
*An additional charge if ceremony and reception are at two separate locations.
*Sunset Beach House Package Pricing starts at $2,200.
Partial Planning
This package is so much more than just “month of coordination”. We will provide you with the extra help & support you may need to plan the wedding of your dreams!
Pricing starting at $3,500
In addition to the month of coordinator package:
- Customized Vendor Recommendations to fit your vision and budget.
- Vendor meetings for the wedding planner to attend in the categories of your choice (up to 3).
- Review budget and help make any necessary changes or adjustments.
- Assist with the ceremony & reception room layouts.
- $350 credit towards any Decor rentals (availability may vary).
Full Planning
This package is ideal for couples seeking guidance from beginning to end. We orchestrate every detail from setup to tear down, we are the first ones there and the last ones to leave.
Pricing starting at $5,000
In addition to the month of coordinator package and the partial planning package:
- Budget construction and management.
- Assistance with booking and attending your vendor appointments.
- Assistance in food and beverage services.
- Assistance with design and theme for invitations, menus, programs, decor, favors, linens, specialty rentals.
- Assistance in transportation services, hotel accommodations and rehearsal dinner location.
- $750 credit towards any Decor Rentals (availability may vary).
