A…LEGEND! this woman hands down took the reins of a jam-packed wedding and went to Mars with it.. the precision, the one step ahead of every single detail (and I’m detail-oriented) – the emails, the timeline, seating plan, she handled everything….. I utilized her for “day of coordination” but she provides more in-depth service with a team as well. There were so many fires she put out behind the scenes that I was aware of and I’m certainly way more than that and she made it look easy… every person saw she was busting her ass to ensure the best experience possible and we got exactly that. I’m legit having separation issues from her; that’s how great she was!!! after my wedding, she was still emailing to make sure things were settled on our behalf with photos/ videos. 10/10 recommend OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

If you are looking for a wedding planner, Astonishing events is amazing! Im not one to typically write reviews but they impressed me so much that I have to let other couples know! I highly recommend them to help your wedding day run smoothly! Hiring Astonishing Events for my wedding was the best decision I made. Two months before my wedding I found out I had to travel out of state for work so Astonishing Events was recommended to me from a Facebook group. When I spoke with them via phone I immediately could tell how organized and experienced they were. I hired them for the month of coordination and because of that my wedding day flowed flawlessly. We had several problems come up on our wedding day but they were always there and quickly found a solution. Before the wedding they were always available and quick to respond to my texts and answer my calls. All my vendors were so impressed with the timeline they had created to help things run smoothly. Throughout the day we had several vendors late, they stepped in and went above and beyond their duties to help the caterers with linen set up, clearing tables, and anything else that needed to be done throughout the night. I highly recommend Astonishing Events if you are in search of a wedding coordinator, best decision you will ever make!

We used Astonishing Events for the Month of Coordinator and we rented a bunch of items from them for the reception. They were absolutely amazing! When planning a wedding just like everyone we were trying to stay within budget and save money where we could. We went back and fourth multiple times if we really needed a coordinator since our venue had a great team. We finally decided we were was just going to pull the trigger and wow am we are happy we did! This is me telling you to cut costs elsewhere if it means hiring Astonishing Events. We live in NJ and had our wedding in FL so we couldn’t bring decor items. Astonishing Events had a great selection to chose from depending on the style you are going for. Last minute they even got me greenery for our centerpieces because it was so much cheaper then getting it from the florist. We were texting making decor changes up until the day before the wedding. I can’t tell you how many times throughout the night I said “where’s Stephanie!” when I needed something and she was right there. From bustling my dress (since everyone forgot) to handing out tip envelopes, and packing up all our items at the end of the night they were there and we couldn’t have survived without them. Astonishing Events is the reason the reception looked as beautiful as it did! Thank you so much!!

I worked with Stephanie, I contracted her to be my day of coordinator. I cannot stress how much of a help she was. She did everything exactly how I wanted it and was by my side most of the night asking if I needed anything and letting me know what was next on the timeline. She was so professional and her assistant who helped setup and breakdown did an incredible job! The company in general has a variety of services to meet your needs and budget. I met with her 3 times, so that really established the trust and relationship between bride and vendor. I would definitely recommend them!

A week before my wedding I found out my original DOC came down with COVID and quickly needed to find someone else to step in. I was a little skeptical of someone filling in with such little time to spare but honestly it was such a blessing in disguise because my husband and I would’ve never met Stephanie. I seriously wish I came across Astonishing Events back when I started planning in early 2020! The way Stephanie coordinated, decorated and managed our day was flawless and her professionalism and expertise was superb. Sometimes things happen for a funny reason and people are placed in your life at the right place and time, and that couldn’t have been more true to meet Stephanie and also have her be apart of our wedding day. I would recommend her 10000x to anyone needing coordination services for their wedding!!! You won’t regret it.

Stephanie had everything managed down to a T. Even in the rare situations where changes to the timeline were required, Stephanie made sure that everything went along smoothly. On top of that our wedding was an Indian wedding, which are notoriously difficult to handle due to multiple coinciding ceremonies, but it was handled effortlessly by Stephanie.

From the day Stephanie became my “day of coordinator” I knew I made the right choice. I thought she would just help me on the day of my wedding but, boy was I wrong.
Stephanie helped me choose an affordable caterer, when I initially thought I couldn’t fit it in my budget. She told me where to get my cake, found me an incredibly sweet photographer, mapped out a timeline with all my vendors and ultimately made it so I didn’t lift a finger on my wedding day. She sent me a mock setting for my tables so I knew what to expect.
The day of my wedding was traumatizing, to say the least. I got married during the hurricane, on a day with the worst weather of 2020! (11/11) My officiant completely flaked on me with no one to replace her. I cried and had given up hope of having my wedding because it was supposed to be outside by my pool. I couldn’t move it inside because the house was flooding. It was at that moment I knew Stephanie was a godsend!! At the very last minute, she found me a venue, an officiant, rescheduled my start time with all my vendors, and decorated the place more beautifully than I could have ever imagined!! Wanna know the cherry on top? In the midst of all the commotion, my wife and I had left our rings at home! 🤦🏽♀️ Stephanie not only found a keychain ring for me to use on my wife, she took off her own wedding ring for my wife to place on my finger!
Stephanie is incredibly kind… patient… works well under pressure… and knows her stuff!!!! I wouldn’t have made it through my wedding day without her!

I 10000% recommend Stephanie. She made our wedding day so much less stressful – I got to just enjoy the day and she handled everything. She made our space look gorgeous. She helped us with our planning and kept us organized – she even reached out about our arch prior to the day due to weather forecast. Our venue had a lot of Covid restrictions and she made sure everything was followed for us. She even brought my parents’ food out to their car because they didn’t want to eat inside due to Covid (and didn’t even bat an eye when I asked her if she could do that!). I highly recommend hiring her – you will be glad you did!!
